Are stamped and colored concrete projects welcome?
Yes. Stamped concrete and colored concrete are offered alongside exposed aggregate, broom finishes and smooth/troweled finishes where appropriate. Decorative projects are welcome for patios, walks and other suitable concrete areas.
Are color and finish the same choice?
No. Color changes the appearance, while a finish also changes the surface texture and pattern. Our colored, broom-finished patio replacement combines color with a broom texture; a colored patio does not have to be stamped.
Can I choose a finish from a photograph?
Reference photographs are useful for explaining a look. Light, weather, materials and the actual surface affect appearance, so a photograph is not an exact color specification. Iron Rock helps narrow the proposed finish before the work is agreed.
What affects the cost of concrete work?
Size, shape, existing concrete removal, excavation and preparation, access, the selected finish and applicable permit requirements can affect cost. A free site visit allows the estimate to address those details with an estimate specific to your project.
Are estimates and site visits free?
Yes. Estimates and site visits are free. Seeing the property lets us review access, existing surfaces, layout and the finish you want rather than price the work from square footage alone.
